Hearing aid feedback, often heard as whistling or buzzing, occurs when your hearing aids are not creating a proper seal in your ear. If you raise the volume of your hearing aids and do not have a proper seal, you may experience feedback.
You can check if your hearing aids are fitting properly in the Fortell App under Care > Hearing Aid Health.
Feedback can also occur if you raise your volume to a high level or if you are in a very loud environment.
