Putting on your hearing aids
Place the body of the hearing aid over the top of your ear, letting the custom mold hang down naturally near your ear canal.
With your free hand, point the tip of the mold slightly forward toward your nose and slide it into your ear. Since it's custom made for you, it should slide right into place.
Once seated, the mold should feel snug, secure, and completely comfortable, sitting flat against your skin and not difficult to insert.
Taking off your hearing aids
To remove, grip the body of the mold or the tab and gently pull outward.
