Charging time
Charging time may vary depending on the remaining battery level and may differ between the left and right hearing aids. If a hearing aid battery is fully drained, the typical charging and usage times are:
| Charging time | Usage time |
|---|---|
| 15 minutes | 3.2 hours |
| 30 minutes | 6.4 hours |
| 1 hour | 12 hours |
| 3 hours | 24 hours |
Your charging case
Your charging case includes a rechargeable battery that functions as a power bank.
When fully charged, it can recharge a pair of hearing aids up to three times.
When the case lid is open, the status lights on the side of your charging case indicate the charging case's power bank battery level. The status lights will turn off shortly after the lid is closed.
