The end of your receiver may look slightly different from what is shown in the video. However, it will come in and out as shown.
Removing the old receiver
Place your index and middle fingers underneath the receiver near the connection point, pinching your thumb and index finger together where the receiver attaches to the hearing aid.
Pull the receiver firmly to detach it from the hearing aid.
Attaching the new receiver
Match the new receiver to the correct hearing aid, blue for left and red for right.
Hold the new receiver between your thumb and forefinger close to the plug with the wire hanging down.
Position the plug in the hearing aid receiver socket. Be careful not to tilt it or approach it from the side.
Press the receiver firmly into the socket until you feel it snap securely in place.
